Nestled in a hospitable setting, FoodHall by Moon Thai embodies two distinct concepts. By weekday day time, it transforms into Foodhall, offering a diverse selection of fusion and classic Thai dishes, while by night and weekends, it transitions into a Restaurant where you can indulge in a la carte delights.

This concept is an extension of our Michelin-awarded restaurant Moon Thai, previously located in Sheung Wan and honored with Michelin recognition from 2014 to 2018.

Elevate your dining experience with dishes crafted by our Michelin-starred Head of Cuisine, Chef Terry. With extensive experience in both Western and Fusion cuisine, Chef Terry has refined his skills at renowned 1 Star Michelin Restaurant VEA and fine dining venue HAKU.

Chef Terry now leads our internationally acclaimed team who has previously served as royal chefs for the Thai king, presenting a culinary creation that skillfully blends classic flavors with an innovative twist. Renowned for their culinary excellence, our team of chefs has garnered numerous awards and frequent media features over the years.

今個夏天，Foodhall 推出期間限定「泰」爽夏日選，以泰式香料、酸辣風味配合西式食材同做法，帶來層次豐富又開胃嘅泰西 fusion 體驗。🍽️ 套餐分為 2 人餐同 4 人餐，無論係情侶約會、朋友聚餐，定係一家人食飯，都可以按人數選擇合適組合，一次過享用小食、前菜、主菜、麵飯、甜品同飲品。🤝
